The management and staff
at Heatsavers Insulation Limited are committed to customer
satisfaction. Training, for members of staff, in meeting the
needs of customers is undertaken and reviewed regularly. It
is recognised that the customer is the most important person
in all of the company's operations.
Before any work is undertaken, a complete explaination
of the Scheme will be given to the customer, at which time
their needs will be discussed and reviewed, to ensure that
the insulation carried out is precisely what the customer
expected. A confidential service will be paramount. Details
of customers with particular requirements will be recorded
to ensure staff are aware of such needs when visiting them.
We will endeavor to uphold our guarantee to
keeping appointments. Should we for any reason be unable to
keep appointments, then the customer will be contacted as
early as possible and a full explanation and apology given.
A quick, efficient, clean and quality service
will be carried out at all times by professional and trained
installers.
Any customer feedback is documented and considered
during management review meetings with a view towards continuous
improvement of the service offered.
In the event of a complaint, every effort shall
be made to remedy the situation in a professional and speedy
manner and immediate measures shall be instigated to avoid
repetition.
